The Principal and Staff of Fellowship Elementary support the belief that students who understand how to interpret their performance scores on past tests, and how those scores affect overall school scores, will realize the full potential to their success and therefore the success of the school.
Armed with this knowledge, the student is made aware of the areas of strengths and weaknesses in their individual scores.
Pride in accomplishments, no matter how small, leads to self confidence. Encouragement from all faculty members and other students promotes "Academic School Spirit".
Rewards and recognition of student academic success is accomplished through an Awards Ceremony when awards are given for achievement.
